Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Effectively immediately, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address on orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase. We are not liable for orders placed using incorrect shipping addresses.

Route protection does not cover incorrect address use by customers. If you move, and do not leave a forwarding address, we nor Route are not liable for the lost package. 

If our system reports a shipping address as unverified, an email will be sent in order to verify the address. If there is no response, the order will be shipped to the address on file.

SeeAmyDraw is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages for orders that do not include Route Shipping Protection. You are able to opt in or out of coverage at checkout.

1. What type of paper do you use for your stickers and die cuts?

As of January 1, 2021, we have upgraded our materials for products made in-house. We now use a premium matte sticker paper for all of our sticker sheets, kits, and mini sticker sheets. For our die cuts, we now use an even higher quality premium sticker paper. 

2. Are the die cuts safe to put on surfaces that come in contact with water?

Die cuts are not meant to be used on surfaces that would come in contact with water. While the material is more resistant than what we used previously, this material IS NOT waterproof or water resistant. 

We recommend any of our vinyl decals or holo vinyl decals to be applied to objects like water bottles, tumblers, and cups.


1. What's the current turnaround time on orders? 

Orders take 7-14 days to process. Orders are processed throughout the week and including weekends. 

2. My order shipped, but still hasn't arrived.*

All orders, including international, ship with tracked shipping. We rely on the USPS to update tracking as orders move from our home to yours. However, things can sometimes get missed, like scanning a barcode. We ask for patience during holiday seasons as there is an influx in mailed items during this time. We are happy to help you track the shipment of your package.

*All orders are dropped off at our local post office within 24 hours of receiving a shipping notification. Due to COVID-19 and Black Friday,  USPS is overwhelmed. Initial scans are expected to take longer than usual during this time. 

3. My tracking says my order has arrived, but I didn't get it.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, then it's possible that it was accidentally picked up by a neighbor or another similar incident took place. Please check with your neighbors and your local post office to see if the package was scanned prematurely or dropped off at a neighbor's house instead. We are unable to replace packages that have been shown as delivered in their tracking. Just like you, we rely on the USPS to carry out their duty to deliver packages that we send through their system. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.


1. My order was stolen, lost, or damaged in transit. How do I file a claim through Route.

Route is happy mail insurance. For a small fee, you can opt to cover your order with Route during checkout. If the unthinkable happens with your happy mail once, send us an email at seeamydraw@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve your issues using Route. 

2. The unimaginable happened, but I didn't purchase Route protection. 

Unfortunately, SeeAmyDraw is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items on orders that do not include the purchase of Route shipping protection.


1. I would love to order, but you don't ship to my country.

Due to recent changes in international VAT collections we've discontinued shipping to certain countries from our website. However, you are able to order from SAD through our ETSY shop. 

2. Shipping to my country is so expensive. Can you ship with a stamp?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship items with a stamp. By ordering with tracking, you'll be able to keep an eye on your items as they travel from Birmingham, Alabama all the way to your front door! 

3. I'd like to order through Etsy, but something you have on your site isn't available there! 

If there's something available on our website that's not on ETSY feel free to send us a message on ETSY. We'd be more than happy to create a custom listing of all the items you're looking for so it's easier to purchase.


1. I receive my order, but something was missing. 

Even though mistakes happen, we hate when they do! If something is missing from your order, please email us immediately at seeamydraw@gmail.com. 


1. What is AfterPay and Sezzle?

Afterpay and Sezzle are two new payment methods that were recently added to the shop! Orders of $35 or more can use Afterpay and Sezzle to make a payment. Afterpay and Sezzle break down your payments into 4 interest-free payments that you can make over time! This is perfect for when we have sales and you want to stock up on all the new SAD!


1. Can you add *insert design of choice here* as a digital to your shop? 

We love offering digital items for those who enjoy using them for personal use. However, for the most part, if a design is not originally released as a digital item, then it is highly unlikely you'll be able to purchase it in the future as a digital item. 

2. You retired my favorite stickers before I had time to stock up!

Twice a year we'll host a retirement sale. During this time we'll retire close to 70% of the designs in the shop. These are often designs that aren't as popular or we want to update. Everything in the shop is hand drawn by me, Amy! And as an artist, my style and artistry develops over time. With that, I want to always offer the best that I can do. If you see that a design you once loved has been retired, shoot us an email at seeamydraw@gmail.com and let us know. We can give an update on when the design will return or we can add it to a list of future designs. 


Custom digitals will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 7 business days of purchase. Custom digitals are not to be redistributed or used for commercial purposes including, but not limited to, the production and distribution of products, logos, etc. Sharing custom digitals is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Digitals may not be altered or manipulated in any way.
